Honey Harmony Refund Process: Steps, Return Address and the Four Versions of the Guarantee

The guarantee is real, but the seller describes it four different ways. This guide walks through the refund step by step, shows where the versions disagree, and covers the situations buyers actually run into.

Where the refund rules are published

Honey Harmony's refund terms appear on five pages, and they do not agree:

  1. The order page (thehoneyharmony.com): 100% satisfaction or your money back, 60 days, refund every penny, no questions asked.
  2. The sales page and its FAQ answer: an unconditional 60-day guarantee from the date of purchase; if after at least 30 days of use you are not satisfied, contact support.
  3. The seller's FAQ page, “Refund Request Rules”: minimum trial of 30 days; start within 60 days of purchase; only sealed bottles are eligible; shipping and customs fees not refunded; return postage on the customer; a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total order amount.
  4. The return policy (yourorderwasconfirmed.com/returns-rr/): 60 days from the order date; send all bottles, empty or not, opened or not, with the packing slip; return postage not refunded; refund processed in 5 to 10 days.
  5. The terms of service on the same policy site: email within 60 days of delivery and return the bottles, even empty; refunds processed in 3 to 5 business days.

The return policy is the one linked from the checkout footer, which is a reason to expect it to govern your order. The FAQ page is on the seller's own brand site, which is a reason to take it seriously too. You cannot know which one the seller will apply, so you ask.

Step by step

  1. Find your order date. It is in the confirmation email. Count 60 days from it, not from delivery.
  2. Use the drops for at least 30 days if you can. The FAQ page treats 30 days as a minimum trial. If you already know you want out sooner, ask anyway; the return policy sets no minimum.
  3. Email [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line, from the email you used at checkout. Ask three questions: the return address and any authorization code, whether opened bottles are accepted, and whether a restocking fee applies.
  4. Wait for the reply, usually within 48 business hours according to the FAQ page. If nothing comes, call +1 (507) 448-8190.
  5. Pack every bottle, full, opened and empty, with the packing slip and a note giving your full name, email and order ID.
  6. Ship it with tracking to the address in the reply, normally PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412. Keep the receipt; postage is not refunded.
  7. Watch your card. The return policy allows 5 to 10 days after the warehouse receives the box, plus your bank's own processing time.

The amounts at stake

If the return policy applies, you get the product price back and lose only return postage (and, on the two-bottle pack, the $9.99 shipping). If the FAQ wording applies literally and you opened one bottle, the math is harsher: sealed bottles at their per-bottle price minus 20% of the order total.

  • 2 bottles: $47.40 instead of $158
  • 3 bottles: $96.60 instead of $207
  • 6 bottles: $186.20 instead of $294

This is why the email in step 3 matters more than any other part of the process. A written answer from the seller is the document you will rely on.

Common situations

“I opened all the bottles.” Under the return policy, still eligible: it says opened or empty does not matter. Under the FAQ page, nothing would qualify. Ask before shipping. “I am past 60 days.” The terms page counts from delivery, which may give you a few extra days if shipping was slow. Write anyway, and give the delivery date. “I want to return after 10 days.” The FAQ page asks for 30 days of use. The return policy sets no minimum. Ask; if they insist on 30 days, the window is still open until day 60. “I bought an upgrade or an add-on.” Shipping upgrades are generally not refunded. An after-payment offer is a separate purchase; ask about it in the same email. “The box never arrived.” That is a delivery claim, not a refund under the guarantee. Email with your order ID and tracking; the insured shipping upgrade, if you bought it, includes a free reship.

Subject: Refund Request - Honey Harmony - Order [ID]

Hello, I ordered Honey Harmony on [date], order [ID], [2/3/6] bottles, total [amount]. I would like a refund under the 60-day guarantee. Please confirm the return address and any authorization number, whether opened bottles are accepted, and whether any restocking fee applies. I will include the packing slip and a note with my name, email and order ID. Thank you, [name], [phone].

Send it to [email protected]. Keep the thread.

If the refund does not arrive

Write again with your tracking number, the delivery date at the warehouse and the reply you received. If a refund still does not come, your card issuer can open a dispute; the written terms and proof of delivery are what make that work. The seller's terms send formal disputes to arbitration under the laws of Barbados, which makes the card-issuer route more practical for most buyers. You can also report deceptive practices to the FTC [1].

Keep a paper trail from day one

Refunds go smoothly when the buyer can show four things: the order date, the terms that applied, the seller's instructions and proof that the box arrived. Before you even open the bottles, save:

  • the confirmation email from BuyGoods, which shows the order ID, pack and amount;
  • screenshots or saved copies of the order page and the return policy page, with the date visible, because policies change;
  • the seller's reply to your refund email, including any authorization number;
  • the postage receipt and tracking number showing delivery to the warehouse.

Keep them together in one email folder until the refund shows on your card.

Why the clock starts before the bottles arrive

The return policy counts 60 days from the day the order was placed and paid, not from delivery. If shipping takes a week, you have about 53 days with the product in hand. Subtract the 30-day minimum use the FAQ page asks for, a couple of days for the seller's reply and several days for the return package to travel, and the comfortable decision window shrinks to roughly day 35 to day 45 after ordering. Put that range in your calendar on the day you order.

What happens to the money

Refunds go back to the original payment method, the card or account you paid with, according to the seller's FAQ. They do not come as store credit or a check. The return policy says processing takes 5 to 10 days after the warehouse receives your package; your bank may take a few more days to show it. If you paid with a card that has since been replaced, the refund normally follows the account to the new card, but tell the seller in your email so they can flag it.

The short version

Order two bottles for a first try. Note the order date. Decide between day 35 and day 45. Email [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject and get the terms in writing. Ship everything back, tracked, to the address they confirm. Our refund page has the same steps with a calendar.

Checked the numbers?

Six bottles cost $294 with free U.S. shipping ($1.63 a day); two bottles cost $167.99 with shipping. The 60-day refund clock starts on the order date.
