The five steps
- Check the clock. 60 days from the day the order was placed, according to the return policy. The terms page says from delivery and the FAQ page wants at least 30 days of use first. Plan to act between day 35 and day 45.
- Email first. Write to [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject. Ask for the return address, any authorization code, and whether opened bottles and a restocking fee apply.
- Return every bottle. Full, opened or empty, with the packing slip and a note giving your full name, email and order ID, to PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412 unless the reply says otherwise.
- Pay the postage. Return shipping is on you and is not refunded. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
- Allow 5 to 10 days. The return policy says the refund is processed in 5 to 10 days after the package arrives, and your bank may add a few more. The terms page says 3 to 5 business days.
Why the seller's versions disagree, and what to do
| Where | Window | Which bottles | Deductions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order page | 60 days | “Refund every penny, no questions asked” | None stated |
| Sales page and FAQ answer | 60 days from purchase, after 30 days of use | Not stated | None stated |
| FAQ page “Refund Request Rules” | Start within 60 days; 30-day minimum trial | Sealed bottles only | 20% restocking fee; shipping and customs not refunded |
| Return policy (yourorderwasconfirmed.com) | 60 days from the order date | All bottles, opened or empty | Return postage on you |
| Terms of service (yourorderwasconfirmed.com) | 60 days of delivery | Bottles, even empty | 3 to 5 business days to process |
The differences are not small print. Under the return policy linked from the order page, a buyer who opens one bottle of six and dislikes it sends everything back and gets the bottle price refunded. Under the FAQ page wording, only the sealed bottles qualify and 20% of the order total comes off. The order page itself promises no questions asked.
We cannot tell you which version the seller applies in practice. What protects you is simple: ask in writing before you ship, keep the answer, and keep proof of delivery. Clear refund terms are part of what the FTC expects from a money-back promise; if the seller does not honor its own published terms, you can report it [1].
What you could get back
| Pack | Paid | Best case (return policy) | Worst case (FAQ wording, 1 bottle opened) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $167.99 | $158 minus return postage | $47.40 minus return postage |
| 3 bottles | $207 | $207 minus return postage | $96.60 minus return postage |
| 6 bottles | $294 | $294 minus return postage | $186.20 minus return postage |
The worst case applies the FAQ wording literally: sealed bottles at their per-bottle price, less 20% of the order total. It is the reason this ledger points first-time buyers to the two-bottle pack. On two bottles, the $9.99 outbound shipping is not described as refundable in any version.
A refund calendar
- Day 0: order placed. Save the confirmation email and note the date.
- Days 1-7: baseline readings, if you track them. First doses once the box arrives.
- Day 30: the earliest point the FAQ page allows a claim.
- Day 35-45: decide. Email the seller and wait for the reply with the return details.
- By day 50: the box is in the mail with tracking.
- Day 60: the window closes on the order-date reading of the policy.
If the box arrived late, the terms page's from-delivery wording may help, but do not rely on it.
The email to send

I ordered Honey Harmony on [order date] (order [ID], [2/3/6] bottles, paid [amount]) and would like a refund under the 60-day guarantee.

The template asks the three questions that decide the outcome. The seller's FAQ page says replies arrive within 48 business hours; if not, call +1 (507) 448-8190.
Disputes
The seller's terms of service place disputes under the laws of Barbados, with binding arbitration in St. Michael and no class actions. For most buyers that makes a written refund confirmation and a card-issuer dispute, if the refund never arrives, more practical than any formal route. Keep every email and tracking record until the money is back on your card.

Six bottles cost $294 with free U.S. shipping ($1.63 a day); two bottles cost $167.99 with shipping. The 60-day refund clock starts on the order date.
